The seller is liable to the buyer in connection to the items having no defects upon receipt. In the event that you discover defects in the delivered items, you are entitled to exercise the right claiming a defect within 24 months of receipt of items.
Recommended procedure for claims
Initiation of claim procedure
Using the form in the Contact section, send us a message in which you inform us regarding the initiated exercise of the right to claim defects. In the message, indicate your name, invoice variable symbol, purchase date and a brief description of the defect.
Then, send us the items to: Klenota, Bílkova 855/19, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.
With the shipment, enclose the following:
- copy of invoice
- description of the defect
- contact address, phone and e-mail
The course of the claim procedure
The claim will be decided upon in the shortest possible time – usually already within 1 business day of receiving the shipment, in more complex cases within 3 working days from receipt of the claimed items.
If a professional evaluation of the defect is required, the deadline may be extended by agreement. It is assumed, however, that the buyer provided the required and necessary assistance to settle the claim, i.e. they primarily enabled the seller to review the claimed product.
Termination of the claim procedure
We process the claim, including the removal of defects without undue delay within 30 days from the date of the claim. You will be informed about the settlement of your claim by e-mail.
